Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Streets and Highway Title Section 10-3103) <br /> 2 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> are $1, 069. 00 per single family dwelling unit and $83 . 00 per <br /> 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Manufacturing" & <br /> "Warehouse" . If there is no building permit required, the <br /> fee will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6. 9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment <br /> for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 3 . (The fee currently are $2 , 181. 00 <br /> per single family dwelling unit, $1, 058. 00 per 1, 000 gross <br /> square foot of building as "Warehouse" and $801. 00 per 1, 000 <br /> gross square foot of building as "Manufacturing" in the Linden <br /> area. If there is no building permit required, the fee will <br /> be exempt.
