This application supercedes DP-77-62 which consisted of a <br /> total of 17 structures totaling 125 , 832 square feet. <br /> 2 . This application proposes to add four structures totaling <br /> 77 , 500 square feet for a total project site consisting of <br /> 21 structures and 203 , 332 square feet. Any future expansion <br /> greater than 25 percent of this total will require a new <br /> Development Plan. <br /> 3 . Three mobilehomes for farmworkers approved under UP-72-336 <br /> are not included as part of this Development Plan. <br /> 4 . The project site is within an S-C (Scenic Corridor) combining <br /> zone. As such, exterior storage is not allowed in any required <br /> yard setback area, and adequate screening from other properties <br /> is required for storage areas outside the setback area. Buildings <br /> within the S-C zone are limited to 35-feet in height. <br />
