A waste discharge report must be submitted to Central Valley <br /> Regional Quality Control Board for a discharge resolution on <br /> this proposed development. <br /> 2. Provision of a sewage disposal plant for the entire mobile- <br /> home park designed by a registered engineer to meet the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin Local Health District and <br /> to meet the discharge requirements as set by Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and State Department of <br /> Public Health. <br /> 3. Provision of a potable water supply under San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District Permit for Public Water Supply. Engineered <br /> plans and specifications showing ability to supply adequate <br /> quantity and quality of potable water to be submitted to San <br /> Joaquin Local Health District. <br /> 4. Compliance with County Ordinance #14083 Article IV which <br /> applies to mobilehomes or trailers, or State Division of <br /> Housing and Neighborhood Development requirements. <br /> 5. Refuse and garbage disposal must be by an approved method. <br /> 6. Submission of complete detailed plans for proposed swimming <br /> pool to San Joaquin Local Health District for approval prior <br /> to initiation of construction. <br /> 7. Area to be designated for trash and garbage storage and <br /> weekly removal provided from premises of all trash and <br /> garbage. <br /> 8. No trailers or mobilehomes for proposed park shall be occupied <br /> until all requirements of San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> have been met. <br /> Jack J.
