Submit three sets of swimming pool construction plans to <br /> the Environmental Health Division for review and approval <br /> prior to the beginning of construction. <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTIONS DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property <br /> line shall be made of a one-hour fire resistive <br /> construction. <br /> (2) The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into <br /> areas less than 6, 000 square feet by area <br /> separation walls. <br /> (3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and <br /> it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or <br /> filling of earth material: <br /> (1) The grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section <br /> 7006 (l) . <br /> (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> R-91-741 -7- RV-88-26 <br />
