Sanders : <br /> Re : Tower Park Project Final Environmental Impact Report <br /> ( ER-89-2 ; SCH No . 88092626 ) <br /> Tnis letter is to follow up on our telephone conversation of <br /> September 15 , 1989 , regarding the Tower Park Project Final <br /> Environmental Impact Report (EIR ) . As we discussed , the Final <br /> EIR certification hearing , as well as the Planning Commission <br /> consideration of the General Plan Map Amendment will be held on <br /> September 21 , 1989 . Neither of these items are conditionable <br /> actions . <br /> At this time, no underlying project application has been sub- <br /> mitted . It is my understanding that if the General Plan Map <br /> Amendment is ultimately approved by the Board of Supervisors, the <br /> applicant will then proceed with the filing of the Zone <br /> Reclassification and the Recreational Vehicle ( RV ) Park Permit <br /> application , which is a type of conditional Use Permit . <br /> The applicant ' s attorney has also stated that in the event that <br /> they submit an RV Park Permit application , they will modify the <br /> design of the marina and RV park expansion so that they do not <br /> encroach into any wetland habitat .
