All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> g. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> h. This application requires a discretionary approval, (i.e. <br /> Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) . Therefore, a <br /> grading permit will not be issued until this approval is <br /> obtained. <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> 4 . Existing elevation certification is required with all permit <br /> applications for structures located within the 100 year flood <br /> zone. <br /> 5. Other requirements: Obtain required permits from the State <br /> Department of Housing and Community Development for <br /> recreational vehicles sites and accessary buildings. <br /> JH/as <br />
