RV-88-2 OF PS <br /> MARINA INVESTORS I (C/O STEVE WOODARD) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The Development Services Division intends to recommend approval of <br /> Application No. ZR-91-13 and RV-88-2 subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Condition of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> 1.
