The approval expiration date of <br /> Recreational Vehicle Application No. RV-88-2 is March 12 , 1993 . <br /> Under the provisions of California Department of Fish and Game <br /> (DFG) Regulations that became effective on January 1, 1991, the <br /> Community Development Department has referred your application to <br /> the DFG for an assessment of its potential for individual and <br /> cumulative impacts upon wildlife resources. The results of that <br /> assessment indicate that your project will result in adverse <br /> impacts on wildlife resources that cannot be mitigated to less than <br /> significant levels. In approving the application, the Board of <br /> Supervisors adopted "Findings of Significant Environmental Impact" <br /> and a "Statement of Overriding Considerations, " as required by the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act. Based upon those actions, a <br /> Notice of Determination has been posted for this application. The <br /> noted DFG Regulations require the payment of fees for the <br /> processing of the application by DFG staff.
