The results of that <br /> assessment indicate that your project will result in adverse <br /> impacts on wildlife resources that cannot be mitigated to less than <br /> significant levels. In approving the application, the Board of <br /> Supervisors adopted "Findings of Significant Environmental Impact" <br /> and a "Statement of Overriding Considerations, " as required by the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act. Based upon those actions, a <br /> Notice of Determination has been posted for this application.
