The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for ACME SAW AND SUPPLY INC as of March 27, 2020. <br /> Open violations from January 08, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation #113 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 2017- 2018 for hazardous wastes including parts <br /> washer solution and used oil and gas mixture were not found on site during the inspection <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br /> period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br /> regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 2017 - 2018 and maintain <br /> them on site.
