The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for ACME SAW AND SUPPLY INC as of March 27, 2020. <br /> Open violations from January 08, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation #113 - Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 2017- 2018 for hazardous wastes including parts <br /> washer solution and used oil and gas mixture were not found on site during the inspection <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br /> period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br /> regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 2017 - 2018 and maintain <br /> them on site. Provide a copy of the consolidated manifest receipts and a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected IJP I s violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> ,II <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #115 - Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries for 3 years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Bills of lading for the recycling of lead acid batteries from Jan. 8, 2017 - Jan. 8, 2020 were not found <br /> on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> (A) The generator shall use either the manifest or a bill of lading which fulfills the requirements of Title 13 CCR section <br /> 1161, to record the shipment of spent lead-acid storage batteries to a person who stores the batteries or who uses, <br /> reuses, recycles or reclaims the batteries or their components. <br /> (B) The generator shall retain, at the generator's place of business for at least three years, a legible copy of each <br /> manifest or bill of lading which identifies spent lead-acid storage batteries shipped to a person who stores the batteries or <br /> who uses, reuses, recycles or reclaims the batteries or their components. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide copies of battery core bill of lading records and a corrective action statement to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected E7This violation will be corrected by (date): .S-ei��o Z� <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: loy <br /> ld l bil <br /> dl Xe_ b)lyh <br /> Paqe 3 of 7 <br />
