COUNTY IN!PILO VENIE NT DISTRICT NO . 48 <br /> WATEIILOO-99 SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> SEWAGE COLLECTION & PREAT.IIENT P�i11„,i�tiU Ut i f,1�1 Li� <br /> This proposal is to relocate the former 200,000 gallon per <br /> day Raymus Village sewage treatment plant to a site in the back <br /> of the Stockton Inn located at the Northeast corner of State iliol;- <br /> way 99 and Waterloo Road (State liigliway 88) in East Stockton. The <br /> relocation of the plant, construction of approximately 7500 lineal <br /> feet of sewer collection lines , acquisition of 1000 feet of exist- <br /> ing sower lines , construction of a sewage lift station and construc- <br /> tion of evaporation-percolation ponds will be financed through an <br /> assessment district . The completed sewerage facilities will serve <br /> 32 seperatecels containing a gross area of 130 acres . The <br /> treatment plant will remove from service an existing 30,0000 ballon <br /> per day plant serving the Stockton Inn and a 15,000 gallon per clay <br /> plant serving Denny' s restaurant , Motel 6, Union Oil service station, <br /> Frey Distributing Company and Charlie Whitesides warehouses. Other <br /> businesses on Waterloo Road, Cherokee Road and Ad Art Road, pres- <br /> ently served by septic tanks will also be connected to the system. <br /> These existing businesses will use 60,000 gallons per clay or 30 <br /> per cent of the 200,000 gallon per day capacity. See TABLE I for <br /> a breakdown of the existing sewage generated within the ser%, ice <br /> area. <br /> In addition, there are 12 vacant parcels ranging in size Prow <br /> 0 . 47 acre to 2.45 acres ready to be built upon. There a;•e throo <br /> parcels of 21 .86 , 22 . 23 and 18 . 17 acres which could be developed <br /> with the construction of streets and provision of drainage . The <br /> area is served with domestic water supply by last years County <br /> Improvement District No . 46 construction. The planned sewerage <br /> facilities will provide for the other required service for orderly <br /> growth and make it possible to develop the vacant lands to their <br /> highest potential . Listed in TABLE II are anticipated land uses <br /> 1 . <br />
