OBSERVATION:The solid filter cake waste is being disposed of as non-hazardous waste. The bushes operator does not have hazardous waste determination records that support the current handling and disposal of lie waste. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A business operator shall keep records of any hazardous waste determinati ns made in accordance with Title 22 Califomia Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66262.11 for at least three yes es from the date that the waste was last sent to an on-site or off-site treatment,storage,or disposal facility. The records may include Safety Data Sheets(SDS), waste test results or other hazardous waste determination dom mentation. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Assemble the hazardous waste determination documentation for the solid flits cake waste,maintain on site and submit a Copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Departmen (EHD). OBSERVATION:Designated facility signed copy of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest(UHWM)numb rr 013306132FLE,dated 2-21-20,was not found on-site. REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a Copy of each manifest signed in accordance with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed Copy from I is designated facility which received the waste.This signed Copy shall be retained as a record for at least I inee years from the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must s ibmit a copy of the manifest to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control(DTSC)within 60 days if be destination facility signed manifest Copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a Copy of the destination facility signed manifests and send a Copy tote San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). If the destination facility signed manifests ca not be found then send to DTSC a Copy of each generator signed manifest and a statement that the designate I facility signed Copy was not received by the generator.
