The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Lopez Truck And Trailer Repair as of March27, 2020. <br /> Open violations from December 10, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #403 -Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br /> Outside in metal secondary container: <br /> - One 55 gallon drum containing used oil lacked a lid <br /> -One 55 gallon drum containing oily liquid lacked a lid <br /> -One 30 gallon drum of used oil lacked a lid <br /> In the shop: <br /> -One blue 55 gallon drum of used oil lacked a lid <br /> - One white 5 gallon container of used oil lacked a lid <br /> -One grey 5 gallon container of used antifreeze lacked a lid <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer an� <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste.
