The well <br /> destructions an" site closure process for this site. <br /> 1.0 Scope of <br /> The technical sopmwrvIhis project was to destroy all monitoring wells at the <br /> site under Sao josqw Oounty Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) <br /> workplan apprd Wdhw Oded January 25, 2013. The wells were destroyed <br /> under approved SX6401+ emit SR 67314 dated June 4, 2013. The monitoring <br /> wells destruction . (completed on June 10 and 11, 2013 and a SJCEHD <br /> representative work. <br /> 2.0 Summary of S ' igation, Cleanup and Monitoring <br /> Wright Environmental dices, Inc. had performed the work for this site from <br /> 2003 through 2010 (see References). Two underground fuel storage tanks (one <br /> 350-gallon diesel and arve 500-gallon gasoline) were removed by a City <br /> contractor in 1985 from a location that later became a portion of Sixth Street. <br /> Soil samples collected at the west end of the excavation at that time showed <br /> 18,000 parts per rr 0on (ppm) of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Diesel <br /> (TPHD). There is no information regarding any soil being removed during this <br /> work in the street. As a result of the tanks removal information, SJCEHD <br /> requested additional site assessment. <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
