These report <br /> destructions area as part of the site _ for this site. <br /> 1.0 Scope of Work <br /> The technical approach to this project w=iv Maxtroy all monitoring wells at the <br /> site under the San Joaquin County Ery Health Department (SJCEHD) <br /> work plan approval letter dated January 25, 2 <br /> The wells were destroyed under approved D permit SR 67318 dated June <br /> 4, 2013. The monitoring wells were destayed an June 11, 2013 and a SJCEHD <br /> representative observed the work. <br /> 2.0 Summary of Site Investigation, Cleanup and Monitoring <br /> Wright Environmental Services, Inc. had perforred the work for this site between <br /> 1993 and 2010 (see References). Wright removed two underground storage <br /> tanks (one 280-gallon and one 650-gallon) located under the sidewalk adjacent <br /> to 11th Street on October 23, 1993. <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
