(Wright) and responded in correspondence dated <br /> September 27, 2010. Further review of the CSR found additional issues that need clarification or <br /> correction. <br /> In the Addendum you have already been directed to submit, please also include the following:. <br /> 1. A correction of the incorrect statement in section 1.0 "The EHD has concurred with this <br /> conclusion and that the site qualifies for site closure/NFAR in their letter dated <br /> September 24, 2009". The EHD has made no conclusion that this site is ready for <br /> closure; the correspondence of September 24, 2009, requested preparation of a Closure <br /> Summary Report in order to be able to comprehensively review the site data and <br /> determine if it is or is not appropriate to consider it for closure. <br /> 2. Clarification of the contradictory information provided in sections 2.3 and 2.18 versus <br /> that in section 2.4 concerning domestic wells located within a 2000-foot radius of the <br /> site. Please correct the map on figure 1 to show both the correct location of the subject <br /> site as the center of the search radius, and the 2000-foot search radius circle. <br /> 3. An explanation of the discrepancy between the statement in section 2.12 "Groundwater <br /> flow is consistently northerly on the site, flowing from upgradient well MW-1 toward <br /> downgradient wells MW-2 and 3 at the Delta property line", and the groundwater <br /> elevations reported during the routine monitoring and sampling events, and the <br /> groundwater elevation contour maps from the three monitoring events which all indicate <br /> a consistent northwest flow direction. <br /> The Addendum is due for submittal to the EHD no later than November 19, 2010.
