(Wright) and has the following <br /> comments. <br /> The Report documents a routine groundwater monitoring and sampling event that was <br /> conducted at your site on August 10, 2009. Analytical results were reported non-detect for <br /> all constituents analyzed. <br /> Please submit a Closure Summary Report for this site no later than December 18, 2009 <br /> which includes: <br /> 1. A demonstration that the extent of the contamination has been defined. <br /> 2. A calculation of contaminant mass remaining in both soil and groundwater. <br /> 3. Confirmation that a sensitive receptor survey has been completed. <br /> 4. Address all environmental concerns including vapor intrusion, direct exposure <br /> and gross contamination from the remaining soil contamination. <br /> 5. All other requirements of the Tri-Regional Guidelines Appendix A. <br /> In the Report on "Table 2. Groundwater Chemical Analysis Results" there are listed <br /> groundwater analytical results dated May 14 2009. Please note that there has been no <br /> documentation of these results reported either to the EHD or to Geotracker. If a <br /> groundwater monitoring and sampling event was done on that day, the laboratory <br /> analytical results and a report of findings (including field notes, laboratory analytical data, <br /> chain of custody, and conclusions and recommendations for further work) must be <br /> submitted electronically to Geotracker.. You have been previously directed to become <br /> compliant and up to date with the Geotracker reporting req,uirements, which include <br /> submittal of boring logs, lab results from soil and ground water samples in electronic <br /> deliverable format, site maps, latitude, longitude and survey elevation of the groundwater <br /> monitoring wells. <br />
