Staff is reviewing the proposals. <br /> • October 7, 2008, Council to award the Professional Services Agreement to the <br /> selected consultant. <br /> • October 21, 2008, Anticipated start date to begin field work. <br /> We are hereby requesting an extension for submittal of all permits and fees from <br /> September.5, 2008 to October 21, 2008 and begin field work immediately after. <br />
