No <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons were detected in the sample from the floor of the excavation (15 <br /> 9=9- <br /> Safi was wxavated to within two fleet of the southern, property line at the site. Additional <br /> excavation in this area is not feasible. Furthermore, since groundwater depth is estimated <br /> at Sil feet at the site, it is unlikely that the remaining soil along_ the southern property line <br /> poses a threat to groundwater. <br /> 5.2 Stplled Soil <br /> We recommend that time stockpiled soil be used to bacIM the excavation. The excavation <br /> hhould be baclMed and compacted according to Sana Joaquin County guidelines. <br /> Very low concentrations of xylenes were detected in the stockpiled soil.
