Any further
program management charges and state agency charges will not be billed to you.
This change will become effective for any costs attributed to your site after
December 31 , 1990. You will remain responsible for all costs if they were
incurred prior to December 31, 1990.
The new law further requires that a new Notice of Reimbursement be sent to you
advising you of the change in cost recovery.
