After being made aware of the full scope of work, they indicated <br /> they could not perform the work required for the bid. given. The next <br /> lowest bid was provided by Advanced GeoEnvironmentai (AGE), who has <br /> stated that their bid is still good. AGE will be submitting a work plan for <br /> further investigation of the 12,000 gallon USTs area and a closure plan for <br /> the 1,000 gallon waste oil UST piping. <br /> 800 Main Steet <br /> During activities at this site, which is',not owned by the City of Stockton, a <br /> UST was found beneath the city sjdewalk. The site owner and the City of � <br /> Il Stockton both claim the other person <br /> is the UST owner and <br /> responsible for removal of the UST.
