Attending:the meeting were Sharla Hardy and you representing City of Stockton(COS),William Little <br /> representing Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. (AGE),and Margaret Lagorio and Nuel Henderson <br /> representing EHD.` The following is a summary of the site discussions at the meeting. <br /> Two quarters of groundwater sampling.and testing were performed since the last meeting in January 2006, <br /> although all monitoring and vapor wells with water were not sampled. ,EHD requested that the wells at the site <br /> oundwater samples were not collected and tested,also have groundwater samples collected and tested. <br /> where gr <br /> EHD discussed this site with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)on July <br /> 19,2006 and they agreed that the site could be considered for closure once all risks to human health had bee% <br /> evaluated. Currently,the contaminated soil remaining at the site is to be evaluated for vapor emissions to <br /> indoor air,direct exposure,and gross contamination. EHD presented information from the San Francisco Bay <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board Environmental Screening Levels tables. <br /> It was decided that a work plan for confirmation soil sampling would be submitted to EHD within three weeks. <br /> EHD will review,approve or comment on the work plan within two weeks of receiving it. It is anticipated that <br /> the work will be completed within two weeks of receiving work pian approval. If all above time frames are <br /> met,the information from the work will be submitted to EHD by October 16,2006, so that it can be discussed <br /> with the CVRWQCB at a meeting scheduled for October 18,2006.
