Attending <br /> the meeting were Sharla Hardy, Wayne Smith and you representing City of <br /> Stockton (COS), Robert Marty and William Little representing Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE), Jeanne Homsey representing ATC Associates <br /> (ATC), and Margaret Lagorio and Jeff Wong representing. PHS/EHD. The <br /> following is a summary of the site discussions at the meeting. <br /> Fontana Drive at Smith Canal <br /> PHSIEHD requested that the monitoring well referenced in the letter dated <br /> April 4, 2001 from PHSIEHD be installed. PHSIEHD has discussed the <br /> location of this well with Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board. The monitoring well should be installed on the northeast corner of <br /> the property. <br /> 110 W. Sonora <br /> AGE is currently proceeding with the work as proposed in Design Plans <br /> and Specifications for Soil and Groundwater remediation dated October 5, <br /> 2000. PHSIEHD requested samples be collected from the top of the <br /> groundwater in the deepest well on site, RW-1, as well as from the bottom <br /> of the well in order to establish a baseline for and evaluate the vertical <br /> 4 extent of contamination in groundwater. The water sample from the <br /> k bottom of the well should be collected using a bomb sampler. Based on <br /> analytical results Of the groundwater samples from RW-1, PHSIEHD will <br /> determine if further sampling of this well is necessary. <br /> li <br /> 1740 Houston <br /> Although PHSIEHD approved Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan <br /> dated September'17, 2001 prepared by AGE, PHSIEHD is concerned that <br /> the total depth Of the proposed borings may not provide definition of the <br /> I vertical extent of the contamination. It was discussed that the borings <br /> should be advanced to at least 60 feet below surface grade with a <br /> contingency to advance deeper to collect grab groundwater samples. <br /> .i <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Counry Health Care Services <br />
