w
March 9, 1.988 AGS 038009-1
f" Fire Engine Company No. 2, Stockton, California
6 --
The soil, borings will be drilled to a depth approximately 20 feet
below the upper zone of saturation, or 5 feet into any saturated
clay layer (aquitard) encountered. If an aquitard is
encountered, the borings will be terminated and backfilled with 5
feet of neat cement before installing ground-water monitoring
wells.
All drill cuttings generated during drilling will be left at the
site. Disposal of the soil remains the responsibility of the
Department of Public Works, City of Stockton. Applied Geosystem_
can arrange to have the soil treated or -removed to an appropriate
disposal facility with prior authorization by that agency.
Applied GeoSystems will contact Underground Services Alert (USA)
to delineate pnblie utility lines at the site before we begin
drilling. The Department of Public Works will have a
representative present on site to advise or confirm the location
of soil borings with respect to underground utilities and other
structures.
1
11
` A0,011e0f GenSystems
