Works to the <br /> SJPHS. Field work was conducted in 1990 in accordance with Applied GeoSystems'Second <br /> Addendum dated February 8, 1990. The work was performed in accordance with following <br /> three documents: Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary Evaluation <br /> and Investigation of Underground Tank Sites (May .1989); Regional Board Staff <br /> Recommendations for Initial Evaluation and Investigation of Underground Tanks, Tri- <br /> Regional Recommendations, Appendix A: Central Valley Regional Board Reporting <br /> Requirements (April 1989); and Leaking Underground Fuel Tank (LUFT) Field Manual: <br /> Guidelines for Site Assessment, Cleanup, and Underground Storage Tank Closure (1989). <br /> Assessment n,&il <br /> Soil borings were drilled at the site to delineate residual hydrocarbon product in the soil. <br /> The purpose of drilling each soil boring is summarized in Table 3.
