The <br /> concentration of TPHg in water collected from well MW-1 was 33,700 parts per billion <br /> (ppb)and BTEX compounds were detected at concentrations cf 4,600,3,840,870,and 2,480, <br /> respectively. These concentrations exceed maximum contaminant levels (MCL) <br /> a recommended for drinking water by the California Department of Health Services(Title 22, <br /> California Code of Regulations,Section 66699) except for toluene which has no established <br /> MCL.
