My office manager Melissa Lawley and I are now in correspondence with Robert Lopez and she <br /> mentioned that she would be forwarding the required documents and missing information to him soon. We've created <br /> the site map that was necessary and are attempting to log in to our existing CERTS account online but needed some <br /> assistance in doing so—Robert Lopez stated that he would provide that assistance.
