Schulte Road, Tracy, CA <br /> An investigation was conducted by the San Joaquin Local Health District on <br /> December 1 , 1984 regarding a hazardous waste spill at the above referenced <br /> Premise. The investigation revealed an unidentified material deposited <br /> on the ground around the milkhouse. <br /> You are directed to secure this area until the chemical analysis can be made <br /> of the soil . As the legal owner of this property you are required to: <br /> 1 . Obtain soil samples under the supervision of the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District. <br /> 2. Submit soil samples to a State approved laboratory for analysis <br /> and mail copies of the results to the Department of Health Services, <br /> Toxic Substance Control Division and the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District for review. <br /> 3. If test samples prove to be contaminated by hazardous wastes, a <br /> soil decontamination procedure plan must be submitted to the <br /> Department of Health Services, Toxic Substance Control Division for <br /> approval . <br /> Enclosed is a list of State approved laboratories operating in the San Joaquin <br /> County.
