ID <br /> numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br /> to reactivate your ID number. Immediately reactivate your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)website. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br /> website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by Armando Verduzco.Armando <br /> updated his business activities on CERS to report facility as a hazardous waste generator.
