SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The pi opose scope of work includes the advancement of one deep soil boring in the former UST <br /> excavation for completion of a depth-discrete ground water monitoring well In addition,grading and <br /> re-paving as part of the site re-development activities will necessitate the shutdown and tempoi ary <br /> removal of the SVEJAS systems, with re-establishment of the IAS system, AGE will also install an <br /> ozone generator with a side stream ozone infector <br /> The proposed scope of work will include the following tasks <br /> • Permitting and pre-field work preparations, <br /> • Diillmg and soil sample collection, <br /> • Monitoring well installation and development, <br /> • Re-installation of IAS and SVE systems, <br /> • Installation of ozone-sparging system, <br /> • Ground water sample collection, and <br /> • Preparation of a report of findings <br /> 3 1 PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK PREPARATIONS <br /> Applicable site assessment permits will be obtained fi om the EHD In addition, an update to the <br /> health and safety plan pi esently on-file will be pi epai ed in accordance with Occupational Safety and <br /> Health Guidance Manual forHazardous Waste Site Activities (National Institute for Occupational <br /> Safety and Health Administration, U S Coast Guard and U S Environmental Protection Agency, <br /> 1985) Prior to mobilization, each monitoring well location will be clearly marked and a utility <br /> clear ante obtained through Underground Service Alert <br /> 4dt anted GeoEnvironrncnta1 Inc <br />
