The site <br /> has been operated as a concrete hatch plant and truck yard as <br /> long as anyone can. remember. The site is situated in a mixed <br /> commercial residential area south of Morman Slough. The <br /> overall topography is essentially flat with a slight fall to <br /> the west. <br /> 5. Project History On March 1, 1994 two (B) 5, 000 <br /> gallon diesel storage tanks and product lines were removed by <br /> Jim Thorpe Oil, Inc. The tanks and lines were in relatively <br /> good condition (see drawings #1 & #5 for former tank <br /> location) . � <br />
