Based upon the results of the site <br /> investigation covered by this report, additional work does not appear warranted. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based on the above conclusions and particularly that the remaining diesel contamination <br /> should not be detrimental to the groundwater and presently there exists adverse <br /> environmental conditions both on and immediately off the property; further excavating is <br /> not necessary nor considered feasible.
