Based upon the results of the site <br /> investigation covered by this report, additional work does not appear warranted. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based on the above conclusions and particularly that the remaining diesel contamination <br /> should not be detrimental to the groundwater and presently there exists adverse <br /> environmental conditions both on and immediately off the property; further excavating is <br /> not necessary nor considered feasible. Therefore, it is recommended and requested that <br /> the SJPHS/EHD allow Concrete, Inc. to fill in the excavation, reseal the surface, and grant <br /> site closure. <br /> CW .
