Responsible parties must take corrective action in response to an unauthorized <br /> release, in compliance with Section 25299.37 of the HSC and Corrective Action <br /> Regulations adopted pursuant to Section 25299.77 of the HSC. <br /> PHS/EHD uses the SWRCB "Prioritization System for Leaking Underground Storage <br /> Tank Sites" to prioritize all the contaminated sites. You will be directed to begin the <br /> required investigation, based upon the priority ranking of the site and PHS/EHD staff <br /> availability. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
