Second-Quarter 2005 Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report
Stockton Center Site Authority--University Park
June 13,2005
? the monitoring wells increased 1.62 feet between February 3, 2005, and May 2, 2005. The estimated
a groundwater gradient for the Site on May 2, 2005, was 0.015 ft/ft to the north and is shown in Figure 2,
h attached.
Table 2 Groundwater Elevation Data (May 2, 2005)
Well Number TOC Elevation(feet) Depth to Groundwater(feet) Groundwater Elevation(feet)
MW-1 17.42 40.83 -23.41
MW-2 17.59 39.87 -22.28
MW-3 17.16 39.56 -22.40
TOC=Top of Casing -
TOC Elevation:Referenced to NAVD88 datum from NGS Benchmark HS3999.
LABORATORY ANALYTICAL RESULTS
Groundwater samples were collected from monitor wells MW-1, MW-2, and MW-3 on May 2, 2005,
#. after purging. All groundwater samples were analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as
3 gasoline (TPH-G)by EPA Method 8015M, for benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, and total xylenes (BTEX)
by EPA Method 8020, and for gasoline oxygenates/additives by EPA Method 8260B. The gasoline .
oxygenates/additives included methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE), ethanol, tertiary-butanol (TBA), di-
isopropyl ether (DIPE), ethyl tertiary-butyl ether (ETBE), tertiary-amyl methyl ether (TAME), 1,2-
dibromoethane (EDB or 1,2-DBA), and 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA). MW-1, MW-2 and MW-3 were
also analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as kerosene, diesel, and motor oil (TPH-K, -D,
and -MO) by EPA Method 8015M. The laboratory analytical results for the groundwater samples
collected from the monitor wells on May 2, 2005, are presented in Table 3, on the next page, and in
Figure 3, attached. Historical groundwater monitoring data and the laboratory report (certificates of
analyses and chain-of-custody record) are also attached.
f l _
OW
+•1 CONDOR
• J
