The results were submitted by Golden West <br /> Environmental Services with a letter dated June 17, 1992. Please be advised that the <br /> laboratory analytical results should be incorporated into a report of the work completed <br /> during this phase of the investigation. The report is to be signed by a properly licensed <br /> professional and submitted to PHS/EHD and Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CVRWQCB) by August 30, 1992. Please refer to Tri-Regional Board <br /> Staff Recommendations Appendix A for report format and content. <br /> Since contamination was found 20 feet below ground surface, a groundwater investigation <br /> will be required at this site as explained in the PHS/EHD letter dated March 26, 1992, <br /> Please submit a workplan for a groundwater investigation to this office and CVRWQCB <br /> by August 30, 1992.
