Chapter 255 requires the primary or active responsible parry to notify all current <br /> record owners of fee title to the site of 1) a proposed cleanup proposal, 2) a site closure <br /> proposal, or 3)a local agency determination that no further action is required. The bill also <br /> requires the local agency to accommodate responsible landowners' participation in the cleanup <br /> or site closure process and to consider their input and recommendations. <br /> PHSIEHD is prepared to perform these required notifications, as part of its Local Oversight <br /> Program (LOP)contract with the State Water Resources Control Board, provided that the <br /> primary or active responsible parry certifies that the attached list of responsible parties includes <br /> all current record owner of fee title for the subject property. It is your responsibility to determine <br /> which of you is the primary or active responsible party and to submit a letter within 20 calendar <br /> days of receipt of this notice, either certifying the accuracy and completeness of the attached list <br /> or correcting this list to make it accurate and complete. Also, if property ownership changes in <br /> the future, you must notify PHSIEHD within 20 calendar days from when you are informed of the <br /> change. <br /> PHSIEHD has received concurrence with a request for closure of the above referenced site <br /> from the State Water Resources Control Board.
