This resolution directs all contaminated underground storage tank sites
currently under regulatory oversight by either the Regional Water Quality Control Board
(RWQCB) or a Local Oversight Program (LOP) to reduce routine quarterly groundwater
sampling of their monitoring wells to a semi-annual schedule unless site-specific needs
warrant otherwise.
The above subject site is currently listed with the San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Department's (EHD) LOP program. One new groundwater monitoring well
(MW-1D) was installed at this site in January 2009.
