This work was approved in San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJC/EHD) correspondence dated August 31, 2006. Please proceed with <br /> submittal of a Report of Findings documenting the work and providing conclusions and <br /> recommendations for further work needed to bring this site to closure. The report is due <br /> for submittal no later than August 10, 2007. <br /> California Code of Regulations Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 30, Section 3890 requires <br /> the electronic submittal of all site investigation reports, quarterly groundwater monitoring <br /> and sampling reports, laboratory analytical data, well survey measurements, site maps, <br /> and measured groundwater elevations to Geotracker, the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board internet database. This site is not currently up to date with Geotracker <br /> submittals.
