As per our telephone conversation, <br /> Chevron entered into a ground lease with Mr.Myron Zimmerman effective <br /> February 1, 1965 and constructed a retail service station at 434 East <br /> Miner,Stockton,California. Mr.Zimmerman sold the underlying land to <br /> Sutter Office Center(SOC)on August 22, 1980. By letter dated <br /> September 25, 1980 Chevron and SOC agreed to terminate the ground lease <br /> effective November 30, 1980 and Chevron also acknowledged they would <br /> remove all above and below ground improvements with the exception of the <br /> fence, light fixtures and poles,sign footings,concrete slabs at grade, <br /> paving, sidewalks curbs gutters and planters. <br /> Chevron recognizes it has environmental liability for the period of time <br /> 3/24/2006 <br />
