Installation of two additional shallow monitoring wells to continue the investigation of the lateral extent of the <br /> dissolved plume,and to monitor the concentrations of the contamination over time. <br /> 2. Installation of one deep discretely screened monitoring well to investigate and monitor the vertical extent of the <br /> dissolved contamination on site. <br /> 3. Soil samples for analysis will be collected during the advancement of the boreholes for the wells. analysis will be for <br /> TPHg by EPA INlethod 8015m,volatile aromatic hydrocarbons and oxygenated compounds including methanol, <br /> ethanol,EDB and 1,2-DCA by EPA Method 8260. <br /> 4. Following installation the new monitoring wells will be added to the routine quarterly monitoring schedule. <br /> CO\I�fENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Please proceed with submittal of a San Joaquin County well permit application and required$89.00 permit fee for <br /> each parcel of land on which drilling well take place. Access agreements and/or encroachment permits are required <br /> for work proposed to be completed offsite. <br /> 2. Forty eight hours notice to SJC/EHD is required prior to all site fieldwork. <br /> 3.
