Sutter Avenue, Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> (APN 139-250-05; Site Code: 9327) <br /> Dean Ms Dancan, <br /> The following addendum items are in response to the requirements listed in your letter of <br /> October 5, 2000 relative to an evaluation of the contamination potential at the captioned <br /> site Our previous evaluation of the vertical and horizontal extent of hydrocarbon <br /> contamination of the on-site soil indicates that the contamination plume is along the <br /> northeastern corner of the subject property, as shown on the attached Plate 1 The vertical <br /> extent of contamination in this area is as follows <br /> PROBE CONTAMINATION ZONE THICKNESS AMOUNT OF TPH-GAS <br /> G 20 feet -t 0 feet 4 Ppm <br /> B 10 to 30 feet 20 feet 100 to 9 ppm <br /> A 20 to 40 feet 20 feet 3 to 250 ppm <br /> Our response to the specific comments outlined in the Environmental Health Division's <br /> letter are presented below <br /> We piopm,e to install the iecluued 3 monitoring wells, as shown on Plate 1, in accordance <br /> with the monitoring well construction design shown on Plate 2 The wells will be <br /> constructed of 2-inch diameter PVC pipe (sch 40) with 0 02 inch factory-slotted <br /> perforations The monitoring well in the northeast corner of the site will extend to a depth <br /> of 60 feet, the other two wells will extend to depths of 40 feet <br />
