i CHRONOLOGY PAGE 3 781 SWIFT WAY, STOCKTON 11/29/95 MI approves 10119 request to spread ND soil in 18 drums on-site. 1996 02/26/96 Review of 118196 groundwater sampling event reveals East gradient and DTW- MW-1 at 25.22' bgs.. DTW about 5' over all well screens except for MW-6. Only MW-1 reports any hit, TPH-D at 80 ug/l. No BTEX. MI discusses over screen DTW concerns and recommends pump test for draw down at purge and sample groundwater while within screened interval. 03/07/96 MI generates comment letter concerning gap in QMR's and offers options to sampling versus new monitoring wells for wells with DTW over screened interval. MI request MTBE analyses on all a wells. 04/16/96 MI on site for sampling and draw down test. Current DTW- MW-1 is at 22.28' bgs (over 13 feet over screened interval). Equipment problems and draw down not completed. 04/18/96 Draw down test conducted today. Unable to draw down MW-2 and 3 due to high recharge and low volume 2" pump. MW-1, 4, and 6 drawn into screened intervals. 07/26/96 MI discusses site extensively with Kurt in preparation for closure since all wells are and have been ND since first of 1996. 10/22196 3' QMR for 7126 event indicates NE gradient. All wells still ND. MTBE also ND. . 1997 05/01/97 Kurt Balesek calls for status and response to his Closure Report. MI checks all file and binders and cannot find report. NO review or conclusions reached by EHD. Kurt to send another report. 05/06/97 "Project Summary and Request for Closure" received today. Ml notifies Kurt report is here and Ml to review as previously submitted reports and workpians are completed. 05/16/97 MI reviews closure report and requests tank tracking records not ever submitted form UGT removals. MI approves closure report contingent upon valid manifest submittal. 05/19/97 Case Closure Summary prepared as tracking records arrive and MI accepts.
