Y <br /> `T February 9, 1994 <br /> CVALAE - KUHL <br /> &ASSOCIATES INC. <br /> Mr Michael Collins <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Service <br /> P O Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, California 95201 <br /> QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT <br /> J VM ASSOCIATES <br /> 781 Swift Way <br /> Stockton, California 95206 <br /> WKA No 1735 02 <br /> Dear Mr Collins, <br /> As you requested, we are submitting this quarterly status report summarizing our <br /> l work for the last two quarters for the subject property, located a 781 Swift Way in <br /> I Stockton, California (Plate 1) <br /> 1 � 1 <br /> Ground water samples were obtained from three on-site monitoring wells on <br /> ' September 9, 1993 and November 5, 1993 Prior to sampling, the wells were <br /> checked for visual signs of free product by using a new, clear, disposable <br /> polyethylene bailer When free product was not observed, the wells were purged <br /> Geotechnical Engineering and sampled as described in Appendix A <br /> Engineering Geology <br /> September ground water measurements indicated a westerly ground water flow <br /> Environmental Consulting direction with a hydraulic gradient of approximately 0 007 feet/foot ( Plate 2) <br /> November ground water measurements indicated a northwesterly ground water <br /> Remedtation Services flow direction with a hydraulic gradient of 0 004 feet/foot (Plate 3) The <br /> directional change in flow is possibly due to seasonal fluctuations, precipitation, or <br /> Construction Inspection <br /> localized pumping A summary of the historical ground water elevations are <br /> Matr_rtals Testing <br /> summarized in Table 1 <br /> September 9s 1993 Sampling <br /> � Initoring <br /> A <br /> 05o Anal tical results of sam les obtained from well MW1 revealed TPH as <br /> 3 industrial l3ivd }' p <br /> West Sacramento diesel concentrations of 350 ogle and trace concentrations of benzene <br /> CA 45691 and toluene Analytical results of samples obtained from monitoring wells MW2 <br /> and MW3 revealed no detectable concentrations of Total Petroleum <br /> Fax 916 372 2565 Hydrocarbons (TPH) as gasoline, motor oil, diesel or benzene, toluene, <br /> 916 372 1434 ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX) <br /> i <br /> Rwyr4 d p*p <br />
