PHS/EHD entered into contract with California State Water Resources Control Board <br /> to conduct an underground storage tank corrective action program. Section 25299.37(c)of the Health and <br /> Safety Code provides us the authority to require an investigation and cleanup of unauthorized releases. <br /> The site at 443 Sycamore was placed in the Local Oversight Program in August of this year. This agency <br /> will be providing oversight of the investigation and cleanup activities at this site. <br /> This agency has reviewed and approves the Work Plan (WP) prepared by Ground Zero dated June 2, <br /> 1995. The WP proposes to collect soil and groundwater samples for analyses in the area formerly <br /> occupied by UST#2.
