A site vicinity map and site pian are shown.in Figures'1 and 2., <br /> SCOPE-OF WORK <br /> The scope of work includes: (1) acquiring permits; (2) destroying groundwater Monitoring <br /> Well MW-3 and installing a 4-inch-diameter,recovery well in its place';.(3) developing and <br /> surveying the recovery well; (4) connecting the new recovery well to the existing <br /> groundwater treatment system; and (5) submitting well construction data to the appropriate <br /> agencies. The proposed scope of work will be conducted in accordance with the guidelines <br /> and requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS)-and the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central.Valley Region. <br /> Task 1: Acquire•Permits' <br /> Before beginning the work, Alisto Engineering Group will acquire the necessary <br /> drilling and groundwater monitoring well installation permits, and schedule field <br /> 'activities with the appropriate agencies. - <br /> Task 2: Destroy and Replace Monitoring Well MW-3 <br /> The hydraulic conductivity of the 2-inch-diameter Monitoring Well.MW-3 is <br /> relatively high, as evidenced by pump test data and a groundwater treatment <br /> system performance evaluation. Monitoring Well MW-3 w-ill.be destroyed.and <br /> replaced with a 4-inch-diameter recovery well for extraction purposes.
