The purpose of the study was to: (1) address <br /> the concerns of the Environmental Health Division of <br /> San Joaquin ua3itControlublic tBoard, CentralServices CvaHlleynReg}ion <br /> Regional Waterer 2 y Y <br /> (RWQCB) ; (2) define t:,e nature and extent of hydrocarbon <br /> contamination in the subsurface; and (3) develop an <br /> appropriate course of action for additional investigation or <br /> remediation in accordance with the requirements of the <br /> regulatory agencies. <br /> 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The former Mobil Oil servic, station site is presently an <br /> station, having been formally <br /> operating BP Oil service <br /> transferred to BP Oil Company in 1989.
