MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> MOBIL OIL CORPORATION <br /> • FORMER MOBILE GASOLINE SERVICE STATION I0-NP4 <br /> GROUND WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM DISCHARGE <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY -3- <br /> the pollutants in ground water monitoring wells; whether the contaminant plume is <br /> being captured by the extraction system or is continuing to spread; plans for <br /> improvements of the ground water monitoring, extraction or treatment system; status <br /> of any other cleanup activities such as soil excavation or soil venting systems; and <br /> the anticipated date for completion of cleanup activities. The annual report shall <br /> also include the reasons for durations of all interruptions in the operation of the <br /> treatment systems. Two copies of the annual report shall be submitted. <br /> If the Discharger monitors any pollutant at the locations designated herein more <br /> frequently than is required by this Order, the results of such monitoring shall be <br /> included in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the discharge <br /> monitoring report form. <br /> All reports submitted in response to this Order shall comply with the signatory <br /> requirements of Standard Provision D.6. <br /> Copies of all reports shall be sent to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> upon their request. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the first day of the <br /> month following effective date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by <br /> WILLIAM H.
