CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA -2000082 ( LA ) <br /> HENRY J . TOSTA JR . FAMILY , LP/QUARTAROLI & ASSOCIATES , INC . <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No . PA-2000082 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on July 3 , 2020 , which is the effective date of approval . This approval will expire on <br /> January 2 , 2022 , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval , unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed , if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors ' Act . <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment . <br /> 1 ) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ( Contact Staff: 209 -468 -2193 ) <br /> a ) APPROVAL : This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment application among four parcels as shown on <br /> the revised site plan dated July 3 , 2020 . <br /> b ) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT : A " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner . Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department . The legal descriptions shall be prepared , stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer , qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors ' Act , or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor .
