1 <br /> ' QUARTERLY MONITORING REPORT <br /> FIRST QUARTER OF 2010 <br /> ' TURNER ROAD VINTNERS <br /> Lodi, California <br /> ' WKA No. 5279.03 <br /> April 30, 2010 <br /> 1 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This Quarterly Monitoring Report presents the results of fist quarter 2010 groundwater sampling <br /> ' and analysis for Turner Road Vintners, LLC Winery as required by the California Water Quality <br /> Control Board - Central Valley Region (RWQCB) (Figure 1). The work was completed in <br /> accordance with Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP)No. 99-103 requirements issued by <br /> ' RWQCB dated July 28, 1999. <br /> ' 2.0 PURPOSE AND SCOPE <br /> The purpose of the groundwater-monitoring activities was to evaluate the groundwater <br /> conditions in the vicinity of the wastewater treatment and land application areas operated by the <br /> Winery (Figure 2). As required by MRP No. 99-103, the following presents the work.steps <br /> ' conducted during groundwater monitoring activities: <br /> ' • Measure depth-to-groundwater(DTW) and calculate groundwater elevation <br /> • Purge wells <br /> • Collect groundwater samples <br /> • Submit samples for analyses <br /> • Prepare report <br /> ' 3.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> ' The Turner Road Vintners' facility is divided between two separate locations that are identified <br /> herein as the West Facility (5852 West Turner Road) and the East Facility (4614 West Turner <br /> Road) (Figures 1 and 2). The West Facility houses wine production and the wastewater <br /> treatment system. Administration activities and warehouse/storage are located on the East <br /> Facility. The facilities are approximately 3,300 feet apart (Figure 2). <br />
