AccuriSag to an EHD inspcclion report filed October 16, 1987 a 1,000 gallon doodad fired uudergrormd storage tank (tiS1) was removed on October 14, 1987 ander San Joequ:n County Health Dtpattmeer permit and inspection. The tank appeared intact, and soil samples w=collected on October 16, 1987 due to equipment inadequacies. The soil at 15 feat reportedly had a strong pc(nleurn product odor. The soil samples collected beneath the 1autk were analyzed and had cion-detectlevals ofpermlcum constituents (STEX, ethyldibromide, TPH-G,TPH-T), TPEi-K, and TPI3-MO). The soil beneath the UST was t.-mmpled on Time 20, 1990, to confirm tilt results previously ObWned One Sa_mplr was obtalned at a depth of 16 feet below Bound surface(bgs). The soil W15 sampled for TPH-G, 13TE_K, and MTiRE. The sampled contained non-detect vaillas of all constituents. Rased upon review of the Q VQC data accompanying the analyti=al rcporls, EHD determined that additional investi.oation was necessary.
