Therefore, the client Will be contractually bound to make any said disclosures in lieu of Kleinfclder, its owners,principals, employees or subcontractors. l I1GYX IiESPflNSIBLLT'ITl5 A Yb ASSUMPTIONS This Proposal/Workplan and the artachcd cost estimate are based on the following assumptions and responsibilities; 4 • bis• Duncan Kcir will assist Kleinfelder in obtaining an acceptable access agreement for the site and owner authorization for the proposed samplin;. • Adequate workspace and access will be provided. Kleinfelder will attempt to advance the probes and collect samples at the proposed locations. If the drilling equipment cannot be positioned, alternative drilling location`or sampling methods should be investigated, • Soil generated during the sampling will be placed in plastic bags and left onsite. The probes will be backfilled using prout or a bentonite-type sltury. • Soil and water generated dnaigg the drilling and sampling will ba the responsibility of the client. Soil cutdiigs and decontamination rinsewater will be left on site. Sampling and analysis of the contained soil and water may be necessary prior to disposal. Disposal or remediation options for the soil and water cin be assessed once analytical results have been received, Kleinfelder is prepared to assist the client and to remediate or dispose of stockpiled soil and water, ifrwuctwd. • This Propocal/Workplan is basad on the presumption that the client or owner will clearly mark utilities and will provide any and all available survey maps or otber data to determine die location of existing structures, underground utilities and services.
